"We selected a 3 pane, gas filled option, and he gave us a price that was within our expectations and budget on the spot. He indicated that it would take about 3 weeks to receive the windows of which their were 16 that were to be replaced. We agreed and signed a contract without any down-payment being required... Robby, his son, and one other individual arrived just before 8:00 am with the windows and proceeded to take out the old windows, remove all the debris, and installed the new windows before 3:00 pm on the first day. We are very pleased with all aspects of this transaction and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone considering replacements for their home. "We are so pleased with the product and service that Robby and Vizion Windows provided to us. We had previously gotten two estimates on vinyl replacement windows and had concluded that they were simply over our budget. "Robbie and his team were absolutely great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows in the Houston area. In speaking with him, I found out that they specialize in replacing windows in existing homes as opposed to installing windows in new construction. Robbie and his guys were able to replace 10 double-hung windows in my home in 6-hours. They were punctual (showing up at 7:15). After replacement, they cleaned up all the glass and debris and they left the work locations clean and spotless. The quality of the windows is excellent. Prior to replacement, we could hear traffic in the master bedroom and media room. Now, it is hard to hear anything outside due to the quality of the windows Robbie used. His team were extremely professional, respectful and I would hire them again in a second."

"Replacement of old 12 foot patio door and frame with a Low E insulated glass patio door with a key dead bolt. I contacted Vizion via email on August 16, 2011 to inquire about replacement of my patio door. I received an immediate response. I made an appointment for August 29, at 6pm. Robby arrived a little before 6pm, and after examining my current door, he knew exactly which door would make a perfect replacement door. We set the date of installation for October 3, because the door had to be custom made. Robby arrived on time, with his workers. He protected my furnishings and carpet near the door; cleaned the glass; and cleaned up all debris after installation. I will definitely use this company again, because when problems arose, Robby had immediate solutions; he was always on time; he protected my furnishings; he cleaned up the debris; and the price was reasonable."

"Mr. Smith arrived on time and completed estimate and then installed the windows on the exact date he mentioned during estimate visit. He and his team were in and out quickly and cleaned up the area both outside and inside. They took down window treatments and and replaced them and moved even a very heavy bed and returned it to its place. We didn't have to do anything except write the check. I told him he left my house cleaner than it was when he arrived. He provided the necessary documentation to receive a tax credit. The bathroom window mistakenly had regular glass instead of privacy glass, so he said he'd replace it. I had to call him later about it, but once reminded, he replaced it the next day. I cannot think of a single problem. Aside from having someone at home to open the door, we did absolutely nothing. I would recommend Vizion without reservation, and I would hire this company in a heartbeat for anything they said they could do."

"Replace approximately 26 windows (mostly single hung, a few sliders) with new energy efficient Don Young Bronze Aluminum frame windows in a two story house. (Houston - consider aluminum frame windows, they are stronger and look better. Glass is as heat reflective as vinyl, and while the cold weather efficiency is not as high as vinyl, this is of minor importance in Houston) Excellent all round. Great value - I had 3 quotes , and even though Robbie was not quite the lowest (but close) I felt most comfortable with him. Took approximately 4 weeks to order windows and 1 1/2 days to install. Efficient, clean, polite. Don Young windows told me that Robbie is amongst the best in Houston ....I have to agree. Had a few a couple of very minor issues after installation, which Robbie and Yolanda took care of without hesitation."
